Barbie Kyagulanyi is a liar just like her husband

Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi claims she’s 34 yrs of age and met Bobi Wine
at National theater in the early 2000s while in her s6 vacation. She eventually enrolled for SWASA at Makerere for academic year 2001/2002. This implies that she joined University at the age of 15 as well as being defiled by the ghetto gladiator. When did Makerere start admitting minors ?
Enter Bobi Wine:
Mr Kyagulanyi just posted his old passport to clarify his age, but whoever advised him to do so must be fired, they don’t know how things work, if this is his defence then he’s finished.
1. This is proof that you provided contradicting information, this passport was issued in the year 2000 before you joined Makerere University where you provided 1980 as your date of birth. Meaning by that time you know you were born in 1980 not 82.
2. Kyagulanyi followers have argued that he probably doesn’t know his age, it’s a fact that he knows his real age but has changed it constantly to fit his needs just like evidence below.
3. Makerere University mature entry has age requirements Bobi Wine applied in 2000, on his forms he indicated date of birth 1980 meaning he was 20 years, he wanted them to believe he was 20 so he could be admitted in the program this is abuse of policy.
4. It’s not possible that Mr. Kyagulanyi went to the University at 18 years after sitting out two years. If that is the case then Makerere illegally admitted Bobi Wine therefore this alone can get him convicted using documents he has provided.
5. Bobi and Wife told us they met at Campus, it turns out this was also a lie designed to confuse Ugandans, was His wife 15 at the University, should we say the whole family is smart?
6. Mrs Kyagulanyi says she is 34 years, she claims she has been married for 19 years meaning she was 15 when the two started having sex, does she even know it’s criminal to have sex at 15 years.
This maths is killing their presidential bid, they never thought of their previous lies, plus the arrogance of their followers makes it hard for sympathisers like me. Wait, how old is Kyagulanyi’s son am sure about 15 years if am right then we have evidence of defilement.
Tukulina all these are fruits of insults. Let’s wait for your explanation tomorrow, please keep in mind that what you say may be used against you in courts of law, so don’t try to play hero on social media because Mabilizi will be following.

A Ugandan based in Turkey, Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye has demanded 100 million shillings from Balaam Barugahare to defect from NUP to NRM, and stop attacking Museveni. Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye recently started attacking Katikiro Mayiga, and through his agents demanded 100,000 USD from the Katikiro in order to stop attacking him.The said Ugandan also claimed three weeks ago that the katikiro was hidding the “death” of Kabaka from Buganda. (of course the Kabaka was not dead). Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye who used to sell Ugandan prostitutes to rich Turkish men, had his business collapse after a rival outsmarted him. Now Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye is desperate trying to relocate to United Kingdom, a move that has also failed.Recently Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye took a one Mc Richie to a random fancy high street shop in Istanbul that sells expensive bags and claimed it was his, but Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye failed to raise money last year to treat his daughter in Uganda who had malaria, and she died.Good samaritans had fundraised for the medical bill, and later they had to fundraise for the burial and she was buried like a stray dog almost.

Bajjo cursing NUP

After watching Bajjo cursing NUP on Bukede TV i decided to bring back this Post i made i early August for you people to draw your own conclusion. Me i knew about their mission 2yrs ago. More spies are yet to surrender after failing to get intelligence for M7.

Abitex claimed Bobi Wine refused to post about him when he was in Prison and threatened to leave the struggle.
Abitex’s twin brother Bajjo has a weekly programme on Radio 4 owned by Balamu and hosted by Basajja Mivule
And Bajjo uses the same programme to promote People Power while decampaigning M7 Balamu’s God father.
Bassajja Mivule also hosts a dramatic show on Baba TV where Fulfigure attacks Bobi Wine and People power while she fights with Bajjo live on camera in Studio but the show is never suspended.
Fullfigure, Bajjo and Abitex meet in restaurants almost every week and fight on camera.
Bassaja Mivule and Frank Gashumba co-organise Facebook live videos and sensitize Ugandans that a mare ballot paper can’t win M7.
Ashburg kato claimed Bobi Wine refused to defend him while People Power solidiers were burning him for kidnapping himself to con money from People Power diaspora team.
Days back Ashburg Kato had received money, posho and Rice from Balamu on behalf of Muhoozi Keinerugaba
Ashburg Kato later turned guns at People Power after photos showing that he had met M7 four months back leaked on Facebook.
Bust even after Ashburg Kato had met M7 and gave him 5 cows, he still used the hash tag “#M7MustGo until the photos were leaked by an unknown person.
Male Mabilizi took the Tojikwatako case to East African court and Ashburg Kato led the fundraising for that case on his fb page.
Now Male Mabirizi is threatening to challenge Bobi Wine’s academic Document and Balamu is ready to fund the case.
Basajja Mivule claims that Baganda did not visit him while he was arrested and so he turns guns against PEOPLE POWER.
Basajja Mivule also has lauched a war against Buganda Kingdom.
Male Mabilizi also took Kabaka to court over land issues.
Frank Gashumba also launched an attack against Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga.
Abitex called upon all Baganda to demonstrate by walking to Frank Gashumba’s home over abusing Katikiro.
Ashburg Kato is blaming Bobi Wine for keeping silent about Kabaka’s Kenya hospital Saga
Balamu commented on Fred Lumbuye’s live Video and said Kabaka will be back from Kenya by next week. Remember he holds no position in the administration of Buganda Kingdom!
But days ago Basajja Mivule was arrested for saying that Baganda have been isolated by the regime.
Bajjo and Abitex stood for Basajja Mivule to get Police Bond.
Basajja Mivule now wants Balamu to take him to M7 to get a V8 and money to fight People Power.

BOBI WINE LAUNCHED HIS PARTY NATIONAL UNITY PLATFORM

It’s barely two months when Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine launched his party National Unity Platform at the party headquarters in Kamwokya, Kampala
The Party first rode on some Ugandan’s unawareness and impatience to blindfold them to join the Kamwokya based Party. Bobi Wine also used some disgruntled members of Parliament from other parties like DP to recruit for the party.
However the good times of NUP are set to be short-lived following the ongoing daily defections of Members who are seeking to be received back by their former parts.
So far as I talk Two DP Members of Parliament(Hon Robina ssentongo of kyotera & Hon Veronica Nanyondo for Bukomasimbi) who had crossed to the National Unity Platform have made a U-turn and picked Democratic Party tickets as party flag bearers in their respective constituencies.
The action of these DP members who have come out in open to speak their mind and those who are just keeping quite is not to strengthen the party but rather gashing into pieces.
Also a number of political commentators have warned and concluded that the party will not go beyond this year as I said it before, therefore I call urpon my friends who are near to this friend of mine from Magere to check himself carefully before the condition becomes worth, let him stop these people first who are useless minded, who just abuse people anyhow like nothing, likes of the boy so called “Lumbuye” let him come out and inform his men and ladies Dat whoever abuses anyone Dat don’t support us is an enemy of “NUP” as simple as Dat but if he continues saying Dat “Ebitayina makuru tabiwa budde” and yet these people are abusing under his name and party then few months he’s finished.
My friend Bobi wine pliz your not a King “KABAKA” whom they don’t talk about no, when ur in politics u should let people talk, at the of the day you learn something from them, but for you whoever comes out and talk on u u send ur boys to abuse him or her, so pliz with Dat mentality you will never win a dictator instead even the people that are surrounded by u will run away from you, so please wake up! Bobi Wine will never become President of Uganda

Music promoter Bajjo swore upon his dead body and broke NBS TV’s microphone that Bobi Wine will never become President of Uganda.
“Bobi Wine is in the struggle for personal gains. A person who seriously wants to capture power does not act like Bobi wine. He thinks he is so special, so powerful and immune to criticism.
When I call him or WhatsApp him to offer some advice, he refuses to pick or even text me back.
I can no longer belong to his party which has become a family business and am now ready to join any other party.

People Power activist Mukasa Andrew Alfonso aka Bajjo Events

Events promoter and former People Power activist Mukasa Andrew Alfonso aka Bajjo Events has promised to chop off his hand if Bobi Wine ever defeats President Museveni and becomes the President of Uganda. He has also spilled NUP Secrets.

 Bajjo who used to subscribe to Bobi Wine’s National Unity platform and also a recent critic of President Museveni has said the latter will not be taken out of power. Bajjo’s comments were carried in a video before appearing on NBS TV’s UNCut and Bukedde TV’s political show with Jennifer Full Figure.

In the video, Bajjo claims that leaders of the opposition are greedy and selfish yet lack an agenda to unseat Museveni.

“The opposition is a business; they are earning money by opposing Museveni while lying to Ugandans about change. Ugandans will soon realize. I swear to you, no one will unseat president Museveni,” Bajjo added.

He said he is aware that some Ugandans will abuse him while others will agree with his statements. “If Bobi Wine becomes the president of Uganda by winning the elections, I promise i will give up my hand. I will stand at City Square and anyone who wants will cut off my hand,” Bajjo stated.

Bobi wine Prior as MP for Kyadondo East

Prior to standing as MP for Kyadondo East, Bobi wine cast off the bad boy status, chopped the dread locks, shaved his beard, exchanged shorts for suits apologized for eating neighbor’s goats in Bussabala and welcomed almost all fellow artists on his campaign trail and Kyagulanyi became the Babe in arms courtesy of Humility. Scores of people applauded him, there after Bobi wine came back and clung on him Kyagulanyi. Immediately a thought crossed his mind to dare the big political seat. What was a far cry for him while still a fully fledged musician, i.e. hitting BBC, Cnn etc was realized in no time. The Ball was now in his court, pride took toll on him because fans in the bandit territory face book over praised him and rigorously thrashed whoever criticized, advised or seemed not to be for Bobi wine, he laid back to enjoy the demi god status. Instead of reproving the naughty fans, he put fellow people in the art industry on the Back burner. Full figure, Bajjo, Ashburg, Bassajja Mivule, and Dr. Stella Nyanzi etc jumped off his wagon citing disrespect.
Does Hon. Kyagulanyi realize that his falling apart? Or he has fallen victim of his own lyrics “Atamanyi tamanyi nti tamanyi” translated “one who doesn’t know, doesn’t know that he does not know”. So wake up Mr. Man. Condemn your mischievous fans or distance self from their unbecoming activities and let go of Bobi wine. Otherwise you will fall with a thud.

BOBI WINE ACCUSED OF CORRUPTION

If you thought the Moses Nkonge Kibalama U-turn is all that Bobi Wine’s NUP has to worry about, just read this. Chaos has erupted in the Diaspora Chapter leadership prompting big-name Kyagulanyi proponents from the Canada coordination team to decamp and become promoters of the Renewed Uganda (RU) movement whose leader is Gen Henry Tumukunde. The disgruntled quitters from the Canada chapter include Morris Komakech, Henry Ssali (not the one of Matooke Republic) and Maurice Ogiri. Another even larger has threatened doing the same after Ameny Arao, who pioneered PP diaspora activities, bitterly fell out with PP/NUP leaders at Kamwokya accusing them of obscurantism, tribalism, corruption, lack of transparency and accountability. She specifically was angry with Joel Senyonyi and NUP SG Lewis Rubongoya who she accused of trying to influence Kyagulanyi to knife her from PP/NUP activities after she insisted that Kamwokya credibly accounts for the money she had been fundraising in the Diaspora through a bank account registered in the names of PP that was being operated in the US Corporation Bank.

PP/NUP insiders have intimated to the Media that in her numerous emailed exchanges with Kamwokya leaders, Ameny went as far as demanding that Fred Nyanzi Sentamu’s influence in PP/NUP decision-making be trimmed because the more he became powerful the more PP/NUP looked more like NRM where Gen Salim Saleh is very powerful and comes off as the defacto VP not because he is an extraordinary human being but simply because he is a biological brother to Gen YK Museveni. She was uncomfortable with Nyanzi becoming such a big man originally in PP where he headed the informal sector department and later on in NUIP where he was registered with the EC as the founding secretary mobilization. 

Ameny also raised corporate governance-related questions saying there was a lot of conflict of interest in the way the PP/NUP finance committee had been constituted. She was uncomfortable some members were poverty-stricken and were prone to using their membership on that committee to misappropriate funds to finance their MP campaigns for 2021. She argued the only way to prevent such happening was by way of ensuring that strong accountability systems and structures are put in place to shield the organization against arbitrary decision-making and financial imprudence. She now says SG Rubongoya was very uncomfortable with her views and worked with Senyonyi to influence Kyagulanyi to have her powers diminished as the Diaspora leader.

Ameny has since become very disgruntled and her defiance towards Kyagulanyi is gradually emboldening many other Diaspora coordinators to become bold and prepare to bell the cat someday by openly standing up to Kyagulanyi while telling him about his inadmissible excesses as a leader. Kamwokya insiders say that the Zoom meeting Kyagulanyi had with diaspora members last Sunday was aimed at de-escalation, reaching out and reassuring members all was well notwithstanding those intending to protest by departing into Tumukunde’s RU. But it’s also true that the recent alienation and demonization of Sam Walter Lubega Mukaku, a veteran Diaspora activist allied to DP bloc, demoralized many operating abroad and had the effect of radicalizing them into resenting some of the decisions coming out of the Kamwokya headquarters.

Cheered on by other diaspora coordinators, Sam Walter Lubega Mukaku,Ameny has also previously protested the physical and sexual violence that some big men at Kamwokya directed at PP/NUP national youth leader Angela Namirembe (in charge of Buganda) and yet perpetrators of that violence have remained unsanctioned up to this day. She was also concerned about a PP/NUP national leader (names withheld) whose untamed sex appetite has continued to cause war and intrigue among female activists. That the rampaging sexpest, who Kyagulanyi has been too fearful to confront, was one time caught red-handed by his own wife fondling a young lady who is vying the PP/NUP flag for the woman MP position in one of the Kampala Metropolitan Area districts. The wife was so furious, she threatened walking out of the home and calling a news conference to expose the husband who appeased her by attempting to formalize his marriage to her. The same Casanova, who is legendary when it comes to sleeping with nice-looking babes while promising them flagbearership, eventually dumped the babe for another one seeking to become woman MP in one of the greater Masaka districts.

Gen Tumukunde has previously harvested Omar Kalinge Nyago, a key PP supporter/husband to NUP DSG Aisha Kabanda and made him head of his campaign task force
The two babes both have Muslim names. One of them onetime leaked some of the info to one Diaspora coordinator claiming the legendary sexpest had rented for her an apartment where he dumped her without any furniture. She took photos of the empty house, where she was sleeping on the floor, and pleaded with the sympathetic diaspora coordinator to raise for her some dollars to buy at least a cheap bed from Bwaise. She had been sending many whatsapp messages to the sexpest wondering “which type of man are you that can’t take your wife for shopping.” These messages came to the attention of the official wife who confronted him and threatened to leave only to reverse her decision after Kyagulanyi’s sister called Cathy Namuleme (aka Senga) intervened.

The young lady was consoled later after being told that is how Mr. Sexpest treats babes in PP; exciting them by renting an apartment where he dumps you without furniture the moment he gets to sleep with you for a few times. She has since adjusted and accepted to live with him the way he is (after all he keeps telling his prey njagala nga bwendi/love me the way I’m). She is only stressed by one thing: and that the fact that Mr. Sexpest might be infected because one of the many PP/NUP babes he has been chewing tested positive after returning from captivity having been abducted sometime back ostensibly for political reasons. He claims he is okay and not infected because he never slept with the babe again since her return from political captivity. The ill-fated babe claims to have been raped and sexually assaulted by her captors before finally being freed.

Lately Nkonge Kibalama has been such a headache to PP/NUP only for things to escalate with some diaspora coordinators dissenting and defecting into Gen Tumukunde’s RU.
There is also another sex scandal involving a top official (originally from DP bloc) who attempted to rape a patient at a private clinic/hospital in Kyengera owned by a strong NUP sympathizer. The gentleman rang the owner saying “Comrade I’m from Greater Mpigi doing candidates’ identification work for the party but I have to travel back tomorrow because I haven’t completed the work yet the money I was given from the Secretariat in Kamwokya wasn’t enough.” The owner allowed him space to sleep at his hospital because it had some beds (this was during the first 7pm to 6am Gen Museveni had initially imposed). Deep into the night, the bulky official suddenly woke up and began knocking on patients’ rooms claiming to be a medical attendant coming to check on them. Once the door was opened, he attempted to rape a patient who he realized was alone in the room. The patient made an alarm waking up other patients. She became so furious and threatened to sue the hospital prompting the owner to plead for an out of court settlement. The owner gave the complainant some money and the matter was abandoned altogether but damage had been caused. The owner of the hospital has since become so furious and doesn’t want to associate with such political activists anymore. PP/NUP Diaspora sources say its sex scandals like these that Ameny and other morally upright coordinators have been complaining about yet Kyagulanyi the Principal has been too cautious to sanction anyone fearing reprisals from such actors who have since become too powerful in the party.

The Ameny unravelling will most likely equally demoralize and impact on Kharim Ntambi, another pioneer PP/NUP Diaspora leader she has closely been working with to galvanize support for Kyagulanyi especially in United States of America. Ntambi was at some point the PP Head in the US. The duo some time back sent a long email demanding that Kamwokya submits written accountability for the money they had fundraised and sent in to enable PP to contribute charity (posho etc) to the national COVID taskforce, buy masks for the secretariat staff, pay allowances, facilitate work, buy stationary, pay legal expenses and even bail out or support youths that get arrested in confrontation with Gen Museveni’s security forces. They demanded receipts with authentication stamps showing which companies the supplies had been procured from. Many in Kamwokya saw this as kamanyiro (unacceptable familiarity) and opted to ignore Ameny for her inquisitiveness. She kept saying lack of authentic accountability would complicate her fundraising efforts among the Diaspora.

Naturally, stung by her endless inquisitiveness, some leaders at Kamwokya lobbied to the Principal/Kyagulanyi to sideline her to prove she wasn’t indispensable as she thinks. Subsequently, all willing contributors were encouraged to wire the cash directly to Kampala via electronic means or even mobilize money as opposed to channeling it through Ameny and her group members who were operating the PP Diaspora account in Bank of America Corporation. She claims that her concerns, which Kamwokya officially downplays as mere rants by an angry armchair activist, are widespread and shared by diaspora coordinators in other capitals of the world.  She is also concerned that some People Power supporters have been making ethnic attacks on her demonizing her tribe while over praising another coordinator called Joel Semakula who has always been very antagonistic to her. She has since been fired by Kamwokya, with Kyagulanyi’s approval and a one Herman Ainebyona has been appointed in her place. Senyonyi says replacing her with Ainebyona demystifies her claims that none Bagandas are discriminated in PP/NUP hierarchy. Not one to go down without a fight, Ameny will potentially be spilling more secrets in the coming weeks and months now that the gloves are clearly off.

BOBI WINE INVOLVED IN FINANCIAL IMPROPRIETY

On September 13 presidential aspirant Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, with his customary blaster assured his supporters of how he was going to overturn President Museveni’s more than 30-year hold on power come February 2021. 
Bobi Wine made the declaration by video conferencing through Zoom with a sizable crowd of Ugandans in the diaspora. 
The “diaspora community” have been a key cog in the People Power movement, which a couple of months ago morphed into the National Unity Platform (NUP). 

  They have mobilised resources, drummed up support online and also claim to have connected Bobi Wine to influential liberal media in the West. 
Bobi Wine’s supporters, specifically in the United States, went ahead to form and register a non-profit entity they named “People Power”, whose accounts they use to mobilise money.   
But there has been some unease within the diaspora community in the past two months, with some of its leaders resigning as accusations against the managers of NUP fly about. 
The accusations involve financial impropriety, lack of accountability, tribalism, sexual harassment, and physical assault. 
 In recent months, Morris Komakech, Maurice Ogili and Henry Ssali, who were People Power coordinators in Canada, resigned, joining the camp of presidential aspirant Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde.    
If the resignation of the trio did not raise eyebrows, then that of Ms Arao Ameny, did. 

From 2019 to July, Ms Ameny had been the pioneer leader of the People Power diaspora team.  
 By the time she resigned, Bobi Wine had not yet announced that he had procured NUP, whose ownership is now subject to court proceedings and media debate.  
According to a trove of emails that Sunday Monitor has seen, over time, Ms Ameny had got increasingly nervous over the power Bobi Wine’s elder brother, Mr Fred Nyanzi, wielded within People Power, now NUP.  
Mr Nyanzi was leading People Power’s informal sector strand at the time. 
Once NUP was secured in July, he was appointed the party’s secretary for mobilisation.  

Ms Ameny claimed to have sensed a striking resemblance between the role Mr Nyanzi played in People Power and that which President Museveni’s younger brother, General Salim Saleh, plays in the current government. 
Mr Nyanzi had been a de facto vice president. 
Ms Ameny also accused one of the People Power’s leaders of assaulting Ms Angela Namirembe, the People Power national deputy youth leader for Buganda at the time.  
Mr Joel Ssenyonyi, the spokesperson for NUP, dismissed Ms Ameny’s claims, saying she was bitter and resigned because her powers were trimmed.  

“We really respect her but we understand she was disappointed when we reduced her authority,” Mr Senyonyi said.  
Ms Ameny said her biggest disagreement with People Power bosses in Kamwokya was the lack of accountability of the funds Ugandans in the diaspora were banking in a People Power account opened in the Bank of America Corporation. 
The signatories to the said account were Ms Ameny herself and Kharim Ntambi, the head People Power US chapter.    
Sources familiar with Ms Ameny’s thinking say she had misgivings about the individuals who constituted what was known as the People Power finance committee.  

 One of the members, a source said, was campaigning for a parliamentary seat and Ms Ameny wondered whether he wouldn’t be tempted to divert the funds to his personal campaign. 
Ms Ameny, a source said, crossed the red line when she demanded that Kamwokya gives the diaspora team a breakdown of their expenses. 
“She wanted to know how much is spent on masks, salaries, secretarial work, litigation and getting People Power youth wingers out of jail. How much was spent on the beans and posh bought for starving Ugandans during the Covid-19 induced lockdown. They were not giving any answers or receipts to Ameny,” the source said. 

 When the questions came in, the source says, those with power in Kamwokya in Kampala, the party headquarters, swiftly moved to trim Ms Ameny’s powers.  
They divided the People Power diaspora structure into 22 separate sections and the new groups were told to directly report to Kamwokya, as opposed to the diaspora leader as the case was before Ms Ameny started raising financial and accountability questions.
“Before, People Power had USA, UK and Scandinavia,” a source said, “And those who lead those sections were supposed to report directly to the diaspora leader but that changed.”
The source also said Mr Ssenyonyi accused Ms Ameny of trying to create a parallel structure in the diaspora by sidestepping Kamwokya, the seat of NUP. 
The source added that Mr Lewis Rubongoya, the NUP secretary general, gave orders to the new diaspora team to wire the money directly to Kamwokya on a mobile money number.  
 When asked about the allegations, Mr Rubongoya referred us to Mr Senyonyi, who once again insisted that there was no big issue that Ms Ameny raised, except that she was just frustrated after Kamwokya reduced her powers.   

After Ms Ameny resigned, Bobi Wine replaced her with Herman Ainebyona.  
Upon taking over, an email written by Ms Ameny and seen by this newspaper indicate that Mr Ainebyona removed her from two WhatsApp groups that she had created for the “Diaspora to connect, engage, strategise, plan, and collaborate”. 

In the email, Ms Ameny accuses one Mr Joel Ssemakula, who is one of the People Power coordinators in the US, of making tribalistic comments against her, something the opponents of People Power and now NUP have at times raised.
But Mr Senyonyi denied the tribal charge, saying that Mr Ainebyona, who replaced Ms Ameny, is from western Uganda and not from Buganda, where their detractors point out that most of them hail from.

JOSE CHAMELEONE DISCRIMINATED BY BOBI WINE FOR BEING CATHOLIC

Singer-turned-politician, Joseph Mayanja’s quest to stand on the National Unity Platform (NUP) party ticket for Kampala Lord Mayor elections in 2021 was partly rejected because of being a Catholic.

According to what has been described as the “comprehensive assessment of NUP Party aspirants for leadership positions,” Mayanja, commonly known as Jose Chameleone, scored 3 out of ten marks for religion.

The assessors commented: “Religion – catholic. Denomination not very appealing to majority voters.”

NUP spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi was not readily available for comment on Monday morning.

NUP’s decision to judge aspirants’ abilities basing on religion has since infuriated Chameleone’s fans.

“How does one being Catholic mean that makes them less appealing to Voters in Kampala?   Have we reached a point where it’s assumed that Kampala Leadership is a reserve for people of one Particular religious sect?” wondered Justus Ssebbale on Facebook.

“This is not a post of endorsement for Jose, but interrogate how bigoted the select NUP elections committee was on that very aspect, why reduce qualifications for leadership to religion when voters are not voting on lines of religion or by doing this you want to ignite a feeling among people to vote on lines of the latter?” Ssebbale added.

“Do voters in Kampala vote on religious lines and are Kampala Voters Majority Muslim? Does being Muslim mean they shall by default vote a fellow Muslim? These bits need to be interrogated! This is an insult to the Catholic Faithful!”

NUP late last week released a full list of its flag-bearers in the forthcoming elections on various positions of Local Government in the Metropolitan Districts of Kampala Wakiso and Mukono.

Among the long-awaited results were those of the position of Kampala Lord Mayor, where there was stiff competition between Hon Latif Ssebbagala and Chameleone.

Mayanja is a long-time friend and fellow musician to the NUP Principal Hon Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine.

Chameleone’s brother, Weasel described NUP’s actions as a “very big joke.”

He said: “Joseph Mayanja is a catholic and has less international exposure than Latif Ssebbagala – NUP Vetting Committee. A Very BIG Joke. Once again we are Watching You. Let the People Decide.”

Other factors considered by NUP include name recognition whereby assessors observed that “without the name Chameleone. Candidate is not recognizable.”

Regarding ‘popularity on ground’, NUP assessment committee said Chameleone had “little voter confidence” and that he was only popular in East Africa.

The committee also observed that Chameleone’s chances of winning is given a ticket were low and needed “much principal’s (Bobi Wine) intervention.”

Chameleone is expected to run on an independent ticket as Kampala Lord Mayor, pitting him against the powerful Erias Lukwago.

BOBI WINE DENIES FELLOW ARTISTS NUP FLAG IN FAVOUR OF HIS INCOMPETENT BROTHERS, HIS FRIENDS AND THE RICH.
NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine deliberately order the NUP election committee not give NUP flags to several artists who he thought were threatening his power and fame.
Those who were denied NUP flags include Jose Chameleon, Aganaga, Victor Kamenyu among others.
Bobi Wine preferred to remain the only artists in the limelight of opposition politics thus blocking chances of his fellow artists.
These artists have been left disappointed after realising the fellow they joined only cares about himself and his family.
They say people like chairman Nyazi who has a been an LC1 chairman for decades has nothing tangible to show and he is totally incompetent with no clear manifesto but has been given the flag because he is Bobi wine’s brother.
Other people have paid as much as UGX 30 million to be the party’s flag bearers.
The disappointed artistes have resolved to leave NUP to Bobi Wine since it is his family business.

NUP ASPIRANTS DECRY EXTORTION BY BOBI WINE’S BROTHER

National Unity Platform (NUP) is currently divided, as more aspirants come out to protest the ‘corrupt’ vetting process and extortion by NUP chief mobilizer Fred Nyanzi.
Early this month, NUP electoral commission led by Mercy Walukamba kicked off their vetting process, where they intended to ‘hand-pick’ party flag bearers for different positions ahead of the forthcoming 2021 general election as directed by Bobi Wine .
A provisional list of the successful candidates at various local government positions for Kampala, Wakiso, and Makindye was released early this week in a statement that has since attracted mixed reactions.
According to the aggrieved candidates who spoke to us on grounds of anonymity, some aspirants, who are close friends with NUP leadership are being favored over others while others are being asked for money by Chairman Nyanzi in order to be given NUP flags.
Another candidate who spoke to us said, “I want to tentatively make it clear to the public because I have failed to get justice in the internal structures since I failed to give Nyanzi money . They have refused to give me clear reasons yet I have mobilizing youth since last year. They have not been fair to me.”
It has also been confirmed that the Jinja NUP registra has been suspended after collecting bribes from aspirants without submitting the collected money to Nyanzi.
